“Oh, you have a scrape on your knee? Well, under Obamacare, then you have to give me two ice creams a month for me to put a Band-Aid and some Neosporin on it. If you don’t have two ice creams, then we’re gonna make the store give them to you, and you have to give them to me for your Band-Aid.”

Some argue that material wealth is the root of a lot of unhappiness, but my take is that it’s the lack of parenting which causes kids to be unable to cope. Think about the number of Digital Babysitters (Xbox, TV, iPod, etc.) kids have these days…

Regardless of the relationship with your child, here will be at least one day in every mother’s life when something like this will happen…
